Bill's brother reappointed

Energy and Resources Minister Simon Bridges has reappointed Mervyn English, the former GM of the Electricity Commission from 2004 to 2010 and the brother of Finance Minister Bill English, as a member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) Board.
